She married the love of her life, Joseph J. Blyskal in 1946 together they raised two sons. Cecilia was a hairdresser for many years. She had many interests including crocheting, puzzles, and gardening. Cecilia's favorite pastime was spending time cooking in the kitchen, whether making family meals or creating the very best potato salad.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Joseph, on Jun 21, 1991.
Cecilia will be dearly missed by her sons, Joseph and his wife, Eileen, of New Castle, DE, and Michael and his wife, Deborah, of Elkton, MD; her 5 granddaughters, Cindy Stanavich (Joe) of New Castle, Cherly Barlow (Joe) of Clayton, Tammy Blyskal of Bear, Charisse Fatkin (Jon) of New Castle, and April Narron (Kevin) of Elkton, MD; and her 6 great-grandchildren, Joseph, Ryan, Emily, Madilynn, Faith, and Kailynn.
