Eugene "Gene" Sonni, beloved husband of Dolores "Dee" Sonni, died Saturday, December 21, 2013 in West Hartford.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his son John "Jack" Sonni of California, and his daughter Joan Cardella and her husband Gary of Middletown. His four grandchildren; Chris and Julie Cardella, Caitlin and Nadine Sonni, and two great grandchildren, Silas and Hendrix, additionally survive him.
The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude and appreciation to the staff at Hebrew Home and Hospital and Hebrew Home Hospice for their loving care of Gene. Burial in CT Veterans Cemetery will be private.
