LUCY VIRGINIA FRANKLIN RANDOLPH, 83, of East Ridge died at her residence on Tuesday, Oct. 22.

She was preceded in death by her husband Roy O. Randolph. and four sons, Roy O. Randolph, Jr., Ralph Randolph, Terry Randolph, and Billy Randolph.

Survivors include five daughters, Brenda Gulledge, Wanda McCarroll, Kathleen Wilson, Diane Randolph, and Dana Lockhart, of Chattanooga, two sons, David A. Randolph, East Ridge and Kenneth Randolph, Summerville, GA, two brothers, Melvin (Cotton) Franklin and Fred Franklin both of Cleveland, two sisters, Nona Hannah. Cleveland, and Mary Kate Johnson, Chattanooga, 21 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.

Rev. Paul Allen will conduct the service on Friday at 1 p.m. in Westside Baptist Church.
