Blair M. Fain was a pioneer druggist in Cleburne, Texas.

Son of Robert Green Berry and Iris Ann McConnell Fain. He was a member of the First Presbyterian church where he was a deacon and elder. He was a pioneer pharmacist in the town of Cleburne, TX. He married Martha "Mattie" Wilson in the fall of 1876 in Columbia, Tennessee. Their daughter is Rebecca Fain Curtis.

Five years after suffering a stroke, he moved to Meridian where he lived with his daughter and her family.
