Margaret H. Barnes, 73, died Feb. 8, in River Hills Care Center.
The daughter of George and Hazel Wilt Barnes, she was born in Ottumwa Nov. 25, 1909. She was a bookkeeper at Hub Clothiers for 35 years before retiring in 1978. She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Order of Easter Star No. 112, Wapello White Shrine No. 4 and Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen Auxiliary.
She was survived by two sisters.
