Henderson - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:30 pm on Monday, January 15, 2018, at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Henderson for Dallas Joseph Pourciaux, 83, who passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2018, at his residence.
Interment will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery in Henderson.
He is survived by his loving spouse of 63 years, Rita Robertson Pourciaux; sons, Michael Pourciaux and wife Elizabeth Allemond of Southaven, MS, and Roddy Pourciaux and wife Gesette Dupuis of Henderson; brothers, Andres Pourciaux and wife Suzanne Robin of Breaux Bridge and Francis Pourciaux and wife Betty Theriot of Youngsville; sister, Mabel P. Brasseaux and husband Donnie of Henderson; grandsons, Jamie Pourciaux and wife Jennifer of Hernando, MS, Robby P. Owens and life partner Brian of Smithville, TX, and Rylan Pourciaux of Henderson; granddaughters, Kristie P Guidry and husband Lyle of Cecilia, Sandie P. Pino of Hernando, MS, Chelsie Nero of Henderson, and Courtney LeBlanc and husband Nick of Breaux Bridge; and 9 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Freddie Pourciaux and his mother, Emerthe Dupuis Pourciaux.
