Galena, Kan., July 30. — Samuel H. Shamblin, 43 years old, died at 2:30 o'clock this morning at the home of his mother, Mrs. Ellen Shamblin, Eleventh and Chicago streets.
Shamblin was born in Galena and had lived in this district his entire life, He was a miner.
He had been ill the last few months and was bedfast the last eleven days.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the Assembly of God church, in charge of the Rev. W. O. Singletary, assisted by the Rev. M. C. Cook.
Burial will be in Hill Crest cemetery.
