LOHR - Alice S., 82, of Johnstown, died July 15, 2006, at Memorial Medical Center.

Born April 10, 1924, in Somerset County, daughter of the late Harry and Margaret (Custer) Horner.

Preceded in death by husband, Kenneth S. Lohr, and brothers, Harry F. "Bud" and Ralph.

Survived by daughter, Joyce, wife of Joseph Nicoletti, Seward; grandchildren, Robert and Joseph Jr.; sister, Virginia Beal, New Alexandria; and sister-in-law, Janet Lohr, New Oxford, Pa.

A longtime member of Moxham Colonial Church of the Brethren. Alice was a former baker's assistant at the Cookie Jar Restaurant and a housekeeper for St. Patrick Church. She enjoyed crafts and loved her cats.

Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Moskal-Kennedy Colonial Funeral Home, Ohio Street and Highland Avenue, the Rev. Eric Kabler officiating. Interment, Odd Fellows Cemetery, Stoystown.
