Mrs. Maye C. Graham, 82-year-old widow of Dr. J.H. Graham who made her home at 1301 East Fourth street, died Friday at 9:50 p.m. at the Rothlauf Mahor nursing home, 140 East Court street.
The daughter of John E. and Jane Conner, she was born March 3, 1870, in Brooklyn, Iowa. Her marriage to J.H. Graham took place in 1895 [sic] in Manilla [sic], Iowa. She had been resident of Ottumwa for the past four years and was a member of the First Methodist church.
Mrs. Graham is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Dale Schuler of Ottumwa; and one brother, W.A. Connor [sic] of Hampton.
Her husband preceded her in death February 19, 1927, also her parents.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:30 p.m. at the Johnson funeral chapel in charge of Dr. Howard P. Buxton of the First Methodist church. Burial will be in Shaul cemetery.
