A.C. Covell, 70 died yesterday at a local hospital. He came to Kansas in 1872 and settled near Topeka where he had lived since that time. He was a pioneer printer and a member of the Topeka Typographical Union. He was a member of Upchurch Lodge and the A.O.U.W.
He is survived by a son, F.C. Covell of Topeka and a daughter, Mrs. Ralph Boyd, Kansas City, Mo.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Monday at Shellabarger's Chapel. Burial in Topeka Cemetery. No flowers.
