Vidalia-Mr. James Albert Finch Jr.,67 died Saturday in a local hospital. Services will be held at 4:30 p.m. today in McGregor Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Burt Swearingen will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Vernon Cemetery. Mr. Finch, a native of Montgomery County, had lived in Vidalia for the past 3 1/2 years. He was a retired truck driver and a member of the McGregor Presbyterian Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lucille K. Finch of Vidalia; a daughter, Miss. Sandra Jean Finch of Vidalia; two sons, George Finch of Macon and Darwin Finch of Mount Vernon; his mother, Mrs. Mattie C. Finch of Vidalia; two sisters, Mrs. Thetis Pike of Savannah and Miss. Edith Finch of Metter; two brothers, John Harold Finch and Carlton S. Finch, both of Savannah;seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Ronnie L. Stewart Funeral Home of Vidalia has charge of arrangements. Husband of Lucille. Father of Darwin, George, Wayne, and Sandra. Several grandchildren and great grand children.
