Pine Creek, Dec. 17__Word has been received of the death of a former resident, Otto Wirth, 44. He was born in the town of Prairie Farm and died at General hospital, Milwaukee Dec. 7. Rev. Larson conducted the funeral service at Borgwardt Funeral home. He was laid to rest in the Highland Memorial cemetery, Milwaukee.
He leaves to mourn his wife, Pearl, three daughters, one son in service, also a granddaughter.
Other relatives include his mother, Mrs. John Wirth, Prairie Farm; six sisters: Eva, Mrs. Henry Eckel and Elma, Mrs. Fred Arnold, both of Mt. Horeb, Mable, Mrs. Fred Gilleter, Prairie Farm, Alice, Mrs. Robert Peshaw, Boyceville, Mae, Mrs. Henry Kaiser, Dallas; Laura, Mrs. Clarence Christopherson, Ridgeland, also three brothers: Edwin, Emil and Paul Ridgeland. Pallbearers were Henry Eckel, Clarence Christopherson, Edwin, Paul, Emil and Walter Wirth.
Mr. Wirth was on the farm, now owned by Richard Lundequam. He also lived at Cameron and Two Harbors, Minn. before moving to Milwaukee.
