A service for Maude KEIST, 97, formerly of 419 E Walnut, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Gypsum Hill Cemetery, the Rev. Ken Parker officiating. Mrs. KEIST died Tuesday, 5 Feb 1991, at the Pinnacle Care Center, Salina. She was born Maude ANDERSON on 9 May 1893 and had lived in the area most of her life. She had been a stenographer for the H.D. Lee Mercantile Co. Her husband, Edward, died in 1970. Survivors include a stepdaughter, Margaret L. Wright of Portland, Ore; two stepsons, C.E. Keist of Vallejo, Calif and W.E. Keist of 419 E Walnut; eight step granchildren/ and a step great-grandchild. Visitation will be at the Ryan Mortuary.
