Funeral to Be Held From Home in Lansing Thursday
Mrs. James Timberlake of Lansing died last night at 8 o'clock of heart disease.
Mrs. Timberlake was born April 14, 1861, in Leavenworth county near Lowemont and after living there 20 years she married Mr. Timberlake and moved to Lansing where they have lived ever since.
She is survived by her husband, two sisters, Mrs. [Elizabeth] Robi[n]son of Oklahoma and Mrs. C[harles] F. {Caroline} Miller of Leavenworth and one brother, L[awrence] E[dwards] Diggs [sic: Deger] of Texas. The funeral will be held from the family home in Lansing Thursday morning at 10 o'clock.
Burial will be in Mt. Muncie cemetery.

The funeral of Mrs. Kate Timberlake, who died Tuesday night at her home in Lansing, will be held this morning at 10 o'clock from the residence. The funeral services will be conducted by Rev. C. P. Connolly of the First Congregational church of Leavenworth. Burial will be in Mt. Muncie cemetery.
