Blogna July 16, 1920 in Cleveland and had 3 daughters, Mary D., 1920, Agnes C., 1924 and Jacqueline B., 1936. After the death of his wife Mary in 1948, he married Gertrude Delany in 1950. Hugh worked for the City of Cleveland.
