Frances Gilmer Campbell, 94, widow of James F. Campbell, passed away Thursday July 30, 2015 at NHC of Mauldin.
Born September 10, 1920 in Anderson, she was the daughter of the late James and Anna Brooks Gilmer. Frances was a retired bookkeeper and member of First Creek Baptist Church in Antreville.
Surviving are her daughter, Peggy C. Burton (Ed) of Mauldin; two grandchildren, Blake (Bre) Burton and Andrea (Wes) Ellison; three great grandchildren, Taylor Burton, Lily Burton and Sydney Ellison all of Simpsonville.
A graveside service will be held at 10am Saturday at Old Silver Brook Cemetery with Rev. Delton Hand officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside. The family is at their respective homes.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made the Alzheimer’s Association, 4124 Clemson Boulevard, Suite L, Anderson, SC 29621.
