Funeral service for Glendale Tucker, age 87, of Cumby will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, November 2, 2020 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Chapel with Bob Woodworth and Randy Hicks officiating. Interment with will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Cumby. Visitation will be held from5 to 7 PM on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Chapel. Mr. Tucker passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at Sunny Springs Health and Rehab.
Glendale was born on August 19, 1933 in Emblem, TX to Harley and Eva Lee Tucker. He married Myra Jo Jetton in 1959 and then Kathy Speight, both preceded him in death. Glendale served in the US Navy. He spent his life as a farmer. Glendale was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
He is survived by his son, Buff Tucker and wife, Fleta of Cumby; grandchildren, Trevor Greene, Veronica Greene, Russell Weatherford; great grandchild, Jaxson Greene; sister, Odell Tarpley.
