HUSTISFORD –Edna B. Wendegatz, 83, of Hustisford, died Saturday, March 1, 1997 at the Shorehaven Nursing Home, Oconomowoc, Wis.

The funeral will be Tuesday, March 4, at 11 a.m. at the Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church, Hustisford. The Rev. Timothy Bauer will officiate. Burial will be in Hustisford Cemetery.

Mrs. Wendegatz was born Sept. 4, 1913 in Hustisford, daughter of Arnold and Olga (Schuett) Bergmann. She was married to Erhardt Wendegatz on April 8, 1945 at Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church, Hustisford.

She was a member of Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church, Hustisford, and owned and operated the Bergmann Tavern in Hustisford for many years with her husband.

Survivors include cousins, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call on Tuesday, March 4, from 10 a.m. to the time of service at the c church.

Memorials may be made to Bethany Ev Lutheran Church.

The Berndt Funeral Home, Hustisford, is serving the family.
