Grace Eva Stoebe, age 94, resident of Tender Nest Assisted Living of Billings, formerly of Forsyth and Miles City, passed away on Monday, July 27th.

Grace was born on October 30, 1920 in Medora, North Dakota to John and Katherine (Wagondorf) Reilly. She graduated from Medora High School, attended college in Dickinson, and taught school in a country school near Belfield, North Dakota and in Fallon, Montana. Grace’s family, immediate and extended, meant the world to her. She was a much loved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt who will be missed greatly and remembered fondly.

Grace was preceded in death by husband, Bob, daughter, Sandy, son, Danny, granddaughter, Katy Coffee, sister, Maizie Lavelle of Seattle, brothers, Frank Reilly of Gladstone, Ed Reilly of Terry, Montana, Johnnie and Pat Reilly of Medora, North Dakota.

Grace is survived by her daughter, Bobbie (Hack) Coffee of Canadian, Texas and son, Robin (Leslie) Stoebe of Billings, Montana. Grandsons: Cameron (Cara) Coffee of Portland, Oregon; Jim Coffee of Austin, Texas; Granddaughters: Heather (Matt) Hoosier of Olathe, Kansas; Adrienne (Tom) Raczkowski of Billing, Montana; Megan (Patrick) LaPoint of Vancouver, Washington. Great grandsons: Quinn Coffee, Caleb Raczkowski, Micah Hoosier, Issac Hoosier; Great granddaughters Sasha Coffee, and Emily Raczkowski. Nephews: Jim (Norma) Reilly of Terry, Montana, Mike (Arlo) Reilly of Troy, Montana, Bill (Sue) Reilly of LaConner, Washington, Dave (Barb) Reilly of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Jim (Carol) Lavelle of Brier. Washington, Pat (Hallie) Lavelle of Medora, North Dakota, Bob Bergner of Buffalo, Wyoming, Bill (Michele) Bergner of Denver, Colorado, John (Marsha) Wieglanda of Gladstone, North Dakota Nieces: Pat (Jim) Pavlicek of Silverdale,Washington, and Cathy (Lloyd) Dalhberg of Minong, Wisconsin, Kathy (Bob) Day of Mineral Wells, Texas, Janet (Jim) Curry of Casper, Wyoming, and Mary Pat (Tom) Barlow of Boulder, Colorado and cousin, Sister Madonna Wagondorf of Bismarck, North Dakota.

Funeral will be held at 2 pm Monday, August 3, at the Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Miles City, Montana Rev. Steven Day officiating

Interment will be held in the Custer County Cemetery in Miles City. Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home of Miles City is in charge of the arrangements.
