A native of Iowa, Jorgenson was a resident of Hanford, moving here from Southern California. He was a pharmacist for Thrifty Drug Store.
Jorgenson had attended the University of Iowa & University of Southern Cal. & was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Velma; 1 son, Stuart N. Jorgenson of Fresno; 2 brothers, Legrande Jorgenson of San Juan & Capistrano & Norma Jorgenson of Iowa; a sister, Margaret Leonard of Iowa.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Whitehurst - McNamara Funeral Chapel. Inurnment will be at Belmont Memorial Park in Fresno.
