NATIONAL REPUBLICAN, JULY 24, 1890, PRESTON, MN.
Last Sunday, after lingering for years a helpless invalid, Mrs. Patrick Wrenn was released from suffering by death. Tuesday morning the neighbors of the family, in solemn procession, accompanied the bier from the southeastern part of Preston township to the Catholic church in this village where Father Jones celebrated requium mass in his usual impressive style, after which the remains of the departed were entombed in the Catholic cemetery. The deceased left a husband and seven children to revere her memory. They have the cordial sympathy of all who know them.
