She was the daughter of Leonard B. and Ann (Griffy) Shouse Jr. On Aug 13, 1955, she married Leonard "Len" Madigan Welch, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are two sons: Leonard S., Columbus, and John B. (Jenny Williams), Washington Township; two daughters: Elizabeth Welch, Shaker Heights, and Ann (John) DiRocco, Bedford; a brother, Len B., III, Lexington; and seven grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Ann Harper.
A homemaker and wonderful wife and mother, she was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church.
