1910 Census, Henry Herman is listed as living at 125 Lasalle Street. At this time he is 4 years old. His sister Dorathea is also living there she is 11 years old.

1920 Census, They are now living at 63 Evans Street, Lists him as being 13 years old. His sister Dorathea also lives with them, she is now 17 years old.

1930 Census, He is now married, living in his father-in-law's home at 395 South Street with his wife Esther and his new born son Richard. He states that his employment is a carpenter. He is 24 years old.

He died at his father's home in Chicago. 1009 W. 103rd Place with his parents at his side. He was 26 years old. According to the Death Certificate he died at 2:15 p.m, December 4th 1932. Cause of death according to his death certificate is Sarcomatasio.

He loved to carve, and made Richard some rattles out of one solid block of wood, which have been passed onto his great grandson.

In May of 2005, we took Henry's son Richard now 77, back to Chillicothe to visit his dad's grave, he had not been there in many many years, it was an emotional trip, but one we're glad we made.
