Her given name appears to be "Pheana" or some sort of variation of that, based on the 1860 Census. She went by Louisa P. from her marriage onward, but her early census records indicate Louisa to be her middle name, and on her death certificate she is listed as "Mrs. P. L. Rhymer".

I am listing her here as Louisa since that is the name she went by and preferred, and most likely the name that appears on her headstone. Her obituary indicates her place of burial.

Her obituary further indicates she died on Saturday, February 10th, but her death certificate appears to indicate Friday, February 9th. I am considering the legal document to be more accurate than the newspaper at this point, and her date of birth was calculated using her age as given in the obituary, and the date of death on her death certificate.

She was the daughter of Jesse Ribelin and Elizabeth Trexler of Rowan County, NC.
