(Aledo, Ill.) - Isaac Artz passed away Thursday morning at 10 o'clock at the home of his son, Frank Artz, south of this city. Mr. Artz was 86 years 6 months and 16 days old. He had been in failing health for a number of years, but never before the day of his death was he unable to get up from his bed. Mr. Artz had been a citizen of Aledo and vicinity for many years. The funeral services were held from the First Methodist church in this city today, Dr. F. E. Shult officiating. Interment was made at the Sugar Grove cemetery.
