Mrs. Shupert formerly worked at Parker Tobacco, Hayswood Hospital, Meadowview Regional Hospital and retired from US Shoe in Ripley, Ohio. She was born in Rowan County, Kentucky on December 6, 1922 the daughter of the late Belford P. and Bertha Withrow Hamm.
Mrs. Shupert was a member of Faith Assembly of God, she was a longtime volunteer with RSVP, where she and her late husband, Marlyn had won several medals in the Local, State and National level for the Senior Olympics Program.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Glenn D. Poe who died in 1980 and by her second husband, Marlyn Shupert who died in 2009. Mrs. Shupert was the last of nineteen children.
