Adolphe C. McFarland, 81, southwest Kansas City, died Jan. 29, 1991, in the Wornall Health Care Center, 12000 Wornall Road. He was born in Nevada, Mo., and lived in this area for 60 years. Mr. McFarland was a maintenance engineer for the Kansas City School District until he retired. He was a member of the Scottish Rite bodies and Ararat Shrine. Survivors include a brother, Neil W. McFarland, Grandview. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Mount Moriah & Freeman Chapel; burial in Mount Moriah Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the chapel, where Masonic services will be at 11 a.m.
