Floyd Orson Stone

Floyd Orson Stone, 85, a former gas station owner in Klamath Falls for many years, died Dec. 6, 1998, in King City.

Funeral services will not be held.

Mr. Stone was born Feb. 13, 1913, in Sylvia, Kan., to Walter and Dora (Beaucamp) Stone.

He married Lula Berry in Klamath Falls in 1937.

He owned Stone's Signal/Exxon station in Klamath Falls for 30 years.

Mr. Stone moved to King City in 1966.

He was a member of the Elks Lodge, the Moose Lodge and the Scottish Rite Temple in Klamath Falls. He was also a member of a Christian church in Klamath Falls. Among his hobbies were making windmills, bridges, and planter boxes. He also enjoyed fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Lula Stone of King City; daughter; . . .; son, . . .; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

He was preced in death by a son, Milton Stone, in 1956.

Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society.

Mr. Stone was born Feb. 13, 1913, in Sylvia, Kan., and moved to Klamath Falls in 1937. He owned Stone's Signal/Exxon Station there for 30 years. He had lived in King City since 1986. In 1937, he married Lula Berry.

Survivors include his wife; daughter,. . .; son, . . .; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. A son, Milton, died in 1956.

Interment will be in Klamath Falls. The family suggests remembrances to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are by Young's Funeral Home in Tigard.
