Frank was a graduate of Manual High School in Louisville Kentucky and attended U of Kentucky and U of Louisville.
He was preceded in death by his father, Walter A. Bishoff Sr. who passed July 2000 and is buried in Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville Kentucky. And his Brother, Walter A. Bishoff Jr. passed MARCH 21, 1996, (Faith), in Maricopa, AZ
His survivors are his life-long friend and wife, Annette R. McMahon-Bishoff of Louisville and San Juan Capistrano; mother, Evelyn A. Zinn Bishoff and daughters, Tonya A. Becerra (Ray), of San Juan Capistrano and Nicole N. Edwards (James) and grandchildren, Adia Rose and DeShun Edwards, of Bolling Air Force Base. And his Brother, Walter A. Bishoff Jr. (passed June 18, 2015) (Faith), in Maricopa, AZ;
A memorial celebration of life service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 22, 2010 at Christ Lutheran Church, 9212 Taylorsville Road. Frank's wish was to have his body donated to Medical Research.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to University of California, Irvine, Willed Body Program, UCI School of Medicine, 252 Irvine Hall, Irvine CA. 92697-3950.
