Clayton W. Flagg, retired producer and co-founder of the White Barn Theatre in Irwin, Westmoreland County, and stepfather of Pittsburgh television personality Fred Rogers, died yesterday in Latrobe Hospital, Westmoreland County. Mr. Flagg. 80, of Latrobe was active in summer theater work for many years and was a member of Latrobe Presbyterian Church, the Duquesne Club, Latrobe Country Club, and the Rolling Rock Club. In addition to his stepson, he is survived by a stepdaughter, Nancy Crozier of Latrobe, and a sister, Wilma Flagg of Westborough, Mass.
