Juvina Caso McFadden (October 27, 1932 June 23, 2015).

The boisterous and vibrant Juvina (aka Jaybird) was born in Philadelphia and moved with her family to Pitman, NJ as a child. She attended Pitman High School (class of 1951) where her love for Jazz sometimes got her into trouble a fact she was proud of her entire adult life. Jaybird also enjoyed dancing and the Jersey Shore, and could often be found at various popular shore spots dancing nights away.

Jaybird was a member of the former Eagle's Nest and Woodbury Country Clubs where she infrequently golfed and most often cheered on family and friends while enjoying her signature vodka martini. She was also one of the first committee members of Main Street Woodbury, Inc. Jay had a talent for drawing and impressed and inspired those who saw her "doodles". Jay was often seen doting upon her mini schnauzers and feeding the wild birds visiting the lake beside her Woodbury, NJ home of 49 years. But most of all, Jaybird loved to be around her family.

She is survived by her daughters Patricia Blithe (husband Wayne), Donna Breier, Jacqueline Becker (husband Mark), and son Brian McFadden (fiance Lisa Sickel) as well as her grandchildren Jennifer Breier, Lauren Chestnut (husband Eric), Kimberly Breier (fiance Brian Bengel), Jonathan Blithe (wife Lyn), Adam Becker, Samantha Tuttle (husband Matt), Andrew Blithe, Rylee McFadden, and Jackson McFadden, and her great grandchildren Briella Bengel, Brian Bengel, Lili Becker, Meghann Chestnut, Cassidy Chestnut, and Emma Tuttle. She was predeceased by her husband John "Jack" McFadden and son John McBride.

Funeral mass will be held at St. Bridget's Church, 125 Church St., Glassboro, NJ, on July 11 at 10:30 am. Internment at St. Bridget's Cemetery will follow. Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations are made in Juvina's name to the of the Mid-Atlantic (lung.org) or Clean Ocean Action (cleanoceanaction.org).
