Born March 3, 1938 in Elmer, MO he was the son of Herman William and Nellie Mae (Bonnefield) Spencer. On October 6, 1957 in Elmer, MO he was united in marriage to Sylvia Magers who survives.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Bruce and Julie Spencer of Elmer, MO; one daughter and son-in-law, Roxie and Byron Shafer of Dalhart, TX; nine grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.
Ronald lived most of his life in the Elmer and La Plata communities. He was a 1956 graduate of Elmer High School. From 1965 to 2002 he owned and operated Spencer Tractor Sales. Ronald presently owns the Chuck Wagon Café in Elmer. MO.
Ronald requested to be cremated. No services will be held.
