Funeral services in memory of the late Frederick J. Smithgall, of 563 East Third Street, will be conduted at the house on Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock; burial in Montoursville Cemetery. Mr. Smithgall had passed away on Friday at Arnot, Tioga County while on a business mission to that place. He was 66 years old and left his wife, three daughters and two sons - Otto, of Wellsboro and Herman, at home. Mr. Smithgall was a widely known lumberman and connected with the Brooks-Reese Lumber Company. For 25 years he had resided in Williamsport.
