Mabel E. Regan, 88, of 9 Magee Street, passed away on Saturday, February 19, 2005 at Jameson Memorial Hospital. She was born in Youngstown, Oh on July 16, 1916 the daughter of the late Frank & Alma Stevenson Cartwright.
She married Arthur L. Bigley who died in 1952 and then married William Regan Sr. who died in 1972.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Lois Ezzo of New Castle, PA and Judy Trott of Hermitage, PA; one son, John Bigley of New castle, PA; a half brother, Paul Haggerty of North Carolina; 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren;14 step grandchildren; 26 step great grandchildren & 3 step great great grandchildren. She was aslo preceded in death by: 3 sisters, Esther Morrison, Mae Aiken & Nellie Donaldson; 2 brothers, Frank & Henry Cartwright & 2 half sisters, Helen McAlister & Ruth Leckfor.
