She is survived by five daughters, Debie (William) Butler, Brenda Bombalicki, Cynthia (Paul F.) Esler, Meri-Beth (Richard) Bailey, and Jody Jermeay; 13 grandchildren; 31 great-grand children; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Leawanna (Durward) Taylor, and brother, James (Hazel) Darby.
She was a Vandercook Lake High School graduate. Mary started her working at Regency Theater downtown Jackson, then to Capital and Michigan Theaters, over to Gilbert's Chocolate, finally becoming a wonderful loving homemaker, who loved to spend time with her family and friends. Mary enjoyed camping and garage sales. She was loved by many and will be sadly missed.
A celebration of her life was held at Watson Funeral Chapel Monday, July 13, Pastor Kyle Vegter officiating. Interment Roseland Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Southern Care Hospice, Jackson, MI.
