**Note: The Topsfield Vital Records page 210 says "Chapman, John "died of ye Small Pox", Dec. 7, 1760. While the Tewksbury Vital Records page 198 and his headstone read "Chapman, John died Jan. 23, 1761, a. 46 y. 18 d.". So he may have died in Topsfield and was buried in Tewksbury.
