Cynthia Ann Aho, age 50, of Buffalo, died peacefully Friday, June 19, 2015, surrounded by her family at home. She had been battling cancer.
Cindy was born July 15, 1964, in Minneapolis, to Donald and Eva Wuollet, the middle child of 19 brothers and sisters.
In 1982, Cindy married Lauri Aho in Phoenix, AZ. God blessed them with 10 children, of which seven are now living.
Cindy was a homemaker and also worked at A Wreath of Franklin in Buffalo as its store decorator for many years.
Cindy loved her family.
She is survived by her loving husband, Lauri; four daughters and three sons: Lindsey (Perry) Siltala of Cokato, Jessica (Ben) Erickson of Belfield, ND, Dustin and friend (Alyssa Keesling), Tiffany (Adam) Forstie of Buffalo, Ariana (Brock) Hillukka, all of Buffalo; Chase Aho of Cokato, and Darian Aho of Buffalo; 12 grandchildren; her mother; and 17 siblings.
Cindy was preceded in death by her daughters, Rhana and Leila; a son, Tristan; her father; and a sister.
Funeral services took place Tuesday, June 23 at 11 a.m. at the Rockford Laestadian Lutheran Church with Pastors Nathan Muhonen and Jouko Haapsarri officiating. Interment was at Cokato Finnish Cemetery.
Visitation was Monday, June 22 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the church.
Casket bearers were Cynthia’s sons and sons-in-law.
