Albert R. Nixon, 44, 510 Hilton Ave., died at 10:45 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, 1963. He was dead on arrival at Rockford Memorial Hospital.
Born May 23, 1919, in Armour, S.D., son of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Nixon. Married to the former Idabelle Tainter in Ohio, Aug. 19, 1944. Employed as a real estate agent here for many years. Member of Rockford Lodge of Elks.
Survivors include: his widow, Idabelle, one daughter, Dianne, at home; two brothers, Eart, Sioux Falls, S.D. and Lewis, San Francisco, Calif.
Services at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, in Greenwood Chapel at the Greenwood Cemetery.
