Son of Robert Fulford born 1895-1900 and Harriet Hayes born 1905 died 1952 Volusia county, Florida. He was their only child. They divorced in 1932. Aunt "Janie" Bess Hayes Allen Adams born about 1910 was sister of Harriet Hayes.

His paternal grandparents: Isaih Fulford 1858 +/- NC -1943 and Rosa unknown 1870 +/- GA -1922 who came to Ormond Beach from Suwannee county.
His maternal grandparents: Rev Lucius C Hayes 1858-1931 and Rebecca Reid 1873-after 1950. They came to Ormond beach from Monticello, Jefferson county.

Rosa Lee Player Fulford, Harriet Hayes Fulford Bowman, Rosa Fulford and Lucius Hayes are buried in Gethsemane Cemetery in Ormond Beach.

Mr. Rosaland Hayes "R.H." Fulford, 75, died suddenly on Saturday, June 12, 1999, at Putnam Community Medical Center.
He was born in Ormond Beach and lived in Palatka and Daytona for the past several years. He was a retired Chef Cook for Ormond Hospital, Halifax Hospital, Jekyll Island, Calif., and a former Chef at Bread of Life in Palatka. He was a member of Greater New Zion Primitive Baptist Church and a former member of Mt. Tabor First Baptist Church in Palatka. He was a 32nd Degree Mason, Mecca No. 1 Temple in Jacksonville, Fla., served as Special Deputy for the Most Worshipful Master, Prince Hall Grand Lodge F&AM of Florida, and was a member of the Mecca No. 1 AAONMS, Jacksonville. He was a graduate of Rigby High School, Ormond Beach, received his Culinary Art Degree from Bethune-Cookman Vocational School. He was a Marine veteran where he received an honorable discharge. He enjoyed fishing.
He is survived by his sons, Morris L. Fulford of West Palm Beach, Robert L. Fulford of Charlotte, N.C., and Larry Brown of St. Petersburg; daughters, Janice Harriet Fulford of Daytona Beach and Cora Elizabeth Fulford-Brown of Cheraw, S.C.; six grandchildren; aunt, Janie B. Hayes Adams of Daytona Beach, who provided for his care.
Funeral services will be Friday, 1 p.m. at Greater New Zion Primitive Baptist Church in Daytona Beach with Elder Robert Fuller officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park in Daytona Beach.
