Hays -- Paul L. Boos, 75, Hays, died Friday, Oct. 18, 1991, at the Halstead Hospital, Halstead. Mr. Boos was born March 28, 1916, at Munjor and had lived in Hays since 1975.

He was a retired security officer at a nuclear plant in Richland, Wash. He was a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church and American Legion, both of Hays. He was a life member of the Elks Lodge in Washington.

Survivors include his wife, Doris of the home; a brother, Al of Hays; and a sister, Josephine Weingart of Aurora, Colo.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Hays, the Rev. Don Zimmerman officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Hays. A vigil service will be at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the Hays Memorial Chapel.

Memorials may be made to the church. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today, from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday and after 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
