Rebecca was the daughter of Franklin A. Sprinkle & Julia Ann Burgin. She died at Lymans, Harlan Co., KY.

She married Richard Kirk, 28 Dec 1887, Lee Co., VA.

Their children were: Margaret J. (Robbins); Mary B. (Burgan); Virginia (Monroe); Sarah (Vance); Golden (Napier); & Floyd.

Rebecca's death certificate shows that she was buried at a family cemetery in Pennington Gap. Her obituary states that her funeral took place at Pine Grove Baptist Church. I hope I have placed her in the correct "family" (i.e., Kirk) cemetery.

According to Find A Grave contributor Rick Parsons, Rebecca went by the nickname "Beck."
