Rebecca married (1) William Cutter of Cambridge, Middlesex, Massachusetts, son of Elizabeth Williams and Richard Cutter, both of England.

They married 4 December 1679 and had ten children: Elizabeth; Richard; Mary; Hannah; John; Rebecca; William; Samuel; Sarah and AmmiRuhamah.

Following Willam's death in 1723, at Cambridge, Rebecca married (2) Deacon John Whitmore, Sr. of Medford; they married 3 June 1724 at Cambridge, Middlesex, Massachusetts.

Deacon John Whitmore had first been married to Rachel Eliot, widow of John Poulter, Jr.

After John's death in 1739, Rebecca donated substantially to the Menotomy Church at Arlington, where she was later laid to rest in the church burying ground at Arlington.

It is believed she is buried near her sons, Deacon John Cutter and Samuel Cutter, but no gravestone survives at this date.
