"It is my will that my executors do make a deed for one hundred and twenty acres of land to my son in law, John Welborn, that my father (Jeremiah York I 1683-1765) formerly lived on and likewise a claim of land containing eighty acres adjoining to the aforesaid land."

Sarah married after her husband John Welborn died. Her second husband was Elias Cowan whom she married 13 Mar 1808 and Elias Cowan died 28 Apr 1816. Sarah his wife died 2 May 1816. so I think her death year should be updated from 1820 to that unless you have other proof. Thanks
