James L. Oller, 85, of Witt, IL, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2015 at 10:35 p.m. at his residence.
He was born on November 24, 1929 in Morrisonville, IL, a son of John Rolland and Anita (Taylor) Oller.
James was a truck driver and a member of the First Baptist Church in Nokomis, IL.
He married Evelyn Chambers on January 20, 1951 in Nokomis and she preceded him in death on June 10, 1990. He then married Elsie Allen on October 25, 1997 in Coffeen, IL. She survives.
Along with his wife, Elsie, he is survived by his children:
Donald Oller of Witt, IL, Michael (Nancy) Oller of Kincaid, Pam White of Troy, TN, Robert (Vicky) Oller of Ramsey, Joseph (Theresa) Oller of Taylorville, Timothy Oller of Witt, Joan Oller of Fillmore, Carol Strane of Witt, Paul (Angie) Oller of Greenville, SC, Doreen (Bill) Robbins of Litchfield, Step daughters, Penny (Dennis) Wolfe of Nokomis & Cindy (John) Henry of Nokomis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and first wife, Evelyn.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 2, 2015 at 11:00 A.M at the First Baptist Church in Nokomis. Pastor Ryan Follis and Pastor Jeff Bapst will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 until 8 P.M. Wednesday at Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home in Nokomis, IL. Burial will be in the Nokomis Cemetery in Nokomis.
