MRS. MINNIE A BENDER
Of Hollidaysburg, died at the Albright Convalescent Home, Altoona, Monday at 2:30 P.M. after an extended illness.
She was born near Osterburg, Bedford County, July 3, 1887, the daughter of Samuel and Esther (Hainsey) Claycomb. She was married to Ralph N. Bender at New Paris in 1907. Mr. Bender died in 1918. She was a member of the Hollidaysburg Zion Lutheran church.
She leaves the following children, Lester of Hollidaysburg, Ray of Appleton, Wis., Mrs. Robert Baker of Silver Springs, Md., and Cletus of Phoenix, Ariz.; the following brothers and sisters, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Hoenstine of Hollidaysburg, Mrs. Amanda Mock of East Freedom, Harry Claycomb of East Freedom, Charles Claycomb of Fishertown.
Friends are being received at the Creamer and Plank Funeral Home after 7 P.M. Tuesday.
