A "Life Lease" dated 14 Aug 1893 between Frank & Mary Chris of Saxon WI (Frank is the son who changed his name to Chris) and John & Magdalena Krzyzanski of The Town of Hull, WI made the following arrangement: In consideration of obtaining a Warranty Deed of a parcel of land, Frank agreed to supply 3 barrels of wheat flour yearly, 200 lbs of pork, 20 bushels of potatoes, $15 in each year and fire wood cut and delivered for the use of one stove, all to be furnished yearly. To pay Anton Krzyzanski (who changed his name to Anthony Kalkins) the sum of $100 in 6 years from date without interest. Further, Frank & John agreed to live in the existing home and Frank agreed to build a comfortable frame building, 12' x 16' for John & Magdalena should there be any disagreement between the parties.
Note: On December 23, 1899, in Watcom County Washington, Anton Krzyzanski signed a Quit Claim Deed to a tract of land in Portage Co WI. The land was conveyed to Frank Chris of Saxon WI. The agreement bearing the date Aug 14, 1893 was recorded in Vol 58 of Miscellaneous Records on page 25, Portage Co WI.

Children listed on the 1880 census includes a daughter about 9 months old, born about September 1879.
Her name appears to be "Susey." Is this another daughter or could this be Rozalia? Note, Ancestry.com index has the name as "Lucy"
