MRS S. G. HERSMAN DEAD
Red Oak people were shocked to her of the death of Mrs. S. G. Hermann, which occurred at her home in this city, Thursday night at about 10 o'clock. Mrs. Hersman had been ill for about two weeks, though the serious nature of her illness did not make itself known until a few days before her death. An infection of the brain, similar to spinal meningitis, was the cause of her illness. Mrs. Hersman's friends were legion and they are deeply grieved over her untimely death, she being a woman yet in the prime of her life. The funeral had been set for next Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock, services at the home at 601 Corning Street.
