A Celebration of Life service will be held Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Pontiac with Reverend James O. Wolfe III officiating. Cremation rites will be accorded.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 1, 2015 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the church.
Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home, Pontiac, is in charge of arrangements.
Patricia was born March 28, 1935 in Pontiac, IL, daughter of William P. and Mabel R. (McCaskey) Campbell.
She is survived by her three children, Daniel (Carol) Faust of Pontiac, IL, Cindy (Glenn) Forbes of Colorado Springs, CO, and Melody (Richard) Radmacher of Aurora, IL; two sisters, Dorothy West of Bossier City, LA and Martha McCutcheon of Pontiac, IL; four grandchildren, Amy Maier, Jeremiah Forbes, Joshua Forbes, and Jennifer Faust; and three great-grandchildren, Summer, Avery, and Ainsley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters; and one brother.
Patricia had worked at RR Donnelly’s in Dwight, the Boys and Girls Club in Pontiac, and the Bank of Pontiac. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Pontiac, IL. Patricia was very active for many years in the Lioness Club. She loved to read and lived her faith.
