William R. Cole, born in East Bloomfield, was the son of John and Mary Ann Cole who were both from England. Mr. Cole married Deborah Shaver, daughter of Stephen and Julany Shaver. She survived him with two daughters, Mrs. George Thorpe and Mrs. Harvey Beeman. He was also survived by three brothers – Stephen, Oscar and Henry Cole. Mr. William Cole died at his home on East Naples street at the age of 70.
