Robert (Bob) Carl McCroskey, Sr., age 79, went home to be with the Lord and to reunite with his beloved wife, Shirley, on Sunday, June 21, 2015. He was a member of Third Creek Baptist Church, a retired truck driver from Roadway, a member of Teamsters Local #519.

Preceded in death by wife, Shirley June McCroskey; parents, Carl and Gladys McCroskey; granddaughter, Kayla McCroskey; brother, Louis McCroskey; sister, Shirley Carter; and niece, Lisa.

Survived by children, Robert McCroskey. Jr. (Margie), Terry McCroskey (Judy), Mike McCroskey (Tammie), Debbie Lett (John), Mark McCroskey (Robin), and Cindy Williams (Will); grandchildren, Bobby (Ashley), Ritchie (Nichole), Michael (Katie), Michelle, Travis (Jamey), Dustin, Wendy, Jessica (Courtney), Samantha (Patrick), Johnna (Jason), Adam (Lauren), Joshua, Ashley (Chris), Kelsi (Kody), Keely (the runt); great-grandchildren, Chase, Shane, Aubrey, Aiden, Tate, Reagan, Logan, Brayden, Canaan, Kinza, Zaiah, Jaelyn, Hayden, Gabriel, Kameryn, and Kameron; Jessica; and Wendy's mother, Teresa; siblings, Paul and Skip (Sandra) McCroskey, and June Baker; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 23, 2015, at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel. A funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday June 24, 2015, at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel, with Rev. Darrell Williams and Rev. Wayne Davis officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
